  • Child Abuse Awareness Month: We were at different coffee shops in Perry, Knott and Pike counties for the kickoff of Child Abuse Awareness Month where you could get your very own personalized coffee sleeve decorated by the children of Eastern Kentucky to showcase what makes home special to them. We were also at the Care Cottage's Awareness Event at Triangle Park in Downtown Hazard to bring awareness of child abuse and prevention in Eastern Kentucky.
  • Pancakes with Santa Santa was in town and took the opportunity to see the boys and girls at Shenanigans Restaurant in Downtown Hazard. We served some yummy pancakes and the kiddos got their very own picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
  • Christmas in a Small Town Santa popped back into town in Prestonsburg where he and Mrs. Claus got to see all the boys and girls! All children got free toys, hot chocolate, hot dogs and popcorn! See our photo section for your free picture with Santa!
  • Crusin' for CASA Kids  We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of our first ever Cruisn' for CASA Kids event on October 12th! With Optima, the organization could better track case progress, manage volunteer assignments, and ensure timely, informed advocacy for vulnerable children across the region.
